Core Growth Tools
Custom Activation Metrics & Other Data
The foundation is a consolidated and augmented view of our users tracking activation, activity, payments, community engagement, and onboarding completion. This enables sophisticated campaigns like multi-permutation onboarding experiences.
Customer.io
A marketing automation platform handling segmented email campaigns, user segmentation, custom UI triggering, and Slack notifications. The tool features simple data models, event support, easy segmentation, webhooks, Liquid templating, and ungated features — enabling self-service without sales involvement.

Chameleon
A UI overlay tool for creating visual in-app elements including onboarding tours, product announcements, maintenance notices, and triggered custom banners.
Orbit
A community management platform aggregating data from GitHub, LinkedIn, Slack, YouTube, and similar tools. It serves as a "CRM before the CRM" and manages community lists.
Where To Start
Foundation-building requires lots of cleaned data. Without strong data infrastructure, downstream tools lose value. Next, implement automation tools enabling fine-grained workflow logic to trigger actions across systems.
